Shipping & Returns


Delivery is only available to UK destinations - we currently do not offer international deliveries.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Due to copyright restrictions we are unable to accept returns of computer software and video games once the package has been opened. We will of course replace faulty media.

We are unable to replace or repair media (cd,dvd,cartridges) that have been scratched / damaged by the customer or the customers equipment.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your package to us , however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We do provide full customer support and we are able in most cases to solve problems with games and accessories. 

Please do include your order number in correspondence with us, to enable us to retrieve your details and purchases efficiently.

Additionally for Games Workshop / Citadel products.

In the unlikely event of a damaged, missing or miscast component in a Games Workshop product you have bought from us please contact us for an immediate remedy.

Or if you simply want to return your purchase from us of an unwanted Games Workshop / Citadel product for absolutely any reason at all, you can return it to us for a refund, or exchange it for another Games Workshop / Citadel product.

We ask that the product is still in its original packaging and you need to provide us with your order number or purchase details and we will be happy to help.
