In the event of a miscast / missing or damaged part please provide your order number and enough information for us to identify which sprue or part is miscast / missing or damaged so we can dispatch a immediate replacement.
Delivery of replacements will be sent free of charge and will be sent to the original delivery address unless an alternative delivery address is specified.
Replacements are usually sent within one working day (provided the item is in stock, otherwise it will be sent as soon as the item is available)
Or if you simply want to return an unwanted item for absolutely any reason at all, you can return it to us for a refund, or exchange it for another Games Workshop product.
